Hey Nibbs...I have been a mess lately.  The bipolar thing is a pain.  The new med regime that started so well is crap now.  I am having lots of anger/rage and anxiety issues.  I will see my psych on wednesday...until then he has added another anti psychotic to help mellow me.  I've been such a pleasure to be with lately...

of course I take a turn for the worse when both my psychiatrist and psychologist are on vacation.

on the up side...I have been building myself a tri bike.   I realized that I had a second bike in a shed...a smaller version of my mtb. It had no brakes or shifters(I stole them when I was rebuilding my bike). I put drop bars on it last night and a pair of aerobars.  I need to buy some brakes.  I have a tension shifter set up on the stem for now.  It will be a very special sort of Diamond Back MTB.

I still can't really get truly aero, but the smaller frame allows me to get a bit closer.

I get in to work this morn at 5 a.m., and am informed that the migration is at a standstill.  This is turning out to be a great weekend. *rolls eyes*

So, I thought I would celebrate my 21K post here. *and there was much rejoicing*

Happy 21K! Re the migration - I think you ought to find out who is responsible for the standstill, and make them climb to the top of Jacob's ladder.

That would be Microsoft.  Never fails.

Well, you're at 21004 now. Have you been cheating on us, posting elsewhere?

Because of the delay, we had about a 2 hour wait to do anything, sooooooooooo...

Hi-ya Phil!   In one of my saner moments yesterday I sent a box of books your way.   I had a castle book that I bet your boys will like...and I filled up the rest of the way up with other books I thought they might enjoy in a good range of reading levels.  I made sure to fit in a few fun Roald Dahl books too.

Aww...that sucks.  It's such a pain to get a med regime that works in the long term.  Hopefully they can tweak it and get it working for you better.

$20/pill is just ridiculous!

Going pretty well.  I've been trying to start running and biking again.  I get tired really easy, which is kind of frustrating.

Since Marmadaddy and Ron changed the setup, they removed that link at the top, now, you have to click through in a different location that is not easily found.  I discovered it a couple of months ago, but lost the location.  If I find it again, I'll let you know.

Nice...I've been trying to find this for awhile. I gave up.

Here are the steps:

Welcome, 1stTimeTri.  ( Logoff )
There are
1242 other users online.

In the "user information:" box in the upper left, you click on the number in the phrase "There are xxxx other users online."  That link goes to http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/statistics/whos-online.asp

Scroll down to the bottom of that table and click on the "User listing" link in the Actions box.  That link goes to
http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/statistics/user-listing.asp

Click on the Posts column sort button, which goes to -
http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/statistics/user-listing.asp?SortOrder=posts&start=0&ordering=ASC

See how easy that was?!
