I have had shark twice and it was not worth the money I spent to try it.

A friend of mine is a chef and has been championing purple yams for the last year... I've yet to ever see any around here, though :*( Oh, and you can see him soon on America's Got Talent... he'll be the guy that makes sculptures out of chewing gum, without using his hands - just his tongue and teeth (go crazy ladies, he's single and in SoCal).
As for the stress question: HEAVY lifting followed by some running is best for me when I've got some stress to work out. |

As for the stress question: HEAVY lifting followed by some running is best for me when I've got some stress to work out. That does seem to work well for me as well except I like a good row after the lifting. When I am upset or angry or stressed picking up heavy things seems to work wonders. |
