reminds me of when I started taking piano again - of course that's not happening right now - LOL

Id LOVE to get a piano to play about on - but until I have something resembling roots its a bit hard to justify the cost of getting one...

That's how I feel too. I miss playing piano, but it's not convenient to have one. I've considered an electric, but they're just not the same.

Yeah. They don't resonate the same way. I have a thing for wood and resonating, though, since I play violin, viola, and piano.

I just got a piano back in my life about 10 years ago, it's nice

I just learned of another race injury

VeganMan had an accident this weekend at the Kasas 70.3,he ended up in surgery due to a severed Quad - wish him well, it's gotta be tough - I don't think he has even checked in yet.

He and a bunch of BT'rs from NE raced this weekend in Kansas -

It was a tough race, they called it early because of the weather - 3 of my BT friends didn't even get to finish

I just looked at Chris Tree's log - his life is insane right now... makes mine look like a breeze...

I have to turn in my laptop tomorrow at work. We are supposed to be getting new laptops with docking stations and then they will also take away my desk top. Don't know how soon I'll have to wait for the new laptop. Hopefully not too long.

Yes! Saw cousins that I haven't seen for 16-25+ years. From both sides of the family. Rode bikes around Newport, went sailing, ate too much. It was very relaxing.

I REALLY want a laptop for July.. so I can be online while Im watching the Tour (it helps me stay awake at 2 inthe morning)

Im trying to find out if I can just hire one for a month...

Yeah, tomorrow is my first official day back at work and I get to spend it in one meeting after another. My staff won't believe that I'm actually back since they won't see me until the very end of the day.
