So sad. Everyone who went to San Fran is pitching in to get her a spa certificate for her to do something for herself when she feels up to it. |

I try to avoid 25-35mph winds on the bike with cars on the road Supposed to blow through today so I shall ride tomorrow. Rain is not a problem - wind is ugly! How are you today? I had a rough day yesterday. I'm hoping today goes much smoother. So am I for you! I wish my director would return my e-mail or call me so I can wrap this project up!!!! Along with the dozen things that went wrong yesterday afternoon, I got home to find that my dogs had destroyed a Christmas present that I had ordered for my daughter. I called the post office this morning and spoke with our carrier. She is going to drop any future packages off down the road at my in-laws. When I order anything from now on I will get it shipped elsewhere. We also have a landing or small porch in our garage to get into the kitchen. It is only 3 steps, but the dogs knocked me down it yesterday afternoon. My butt and my hip are bruised and hurt today. Yesterday just WAS NOT my day. Wow, Anne. Glad that you weren't hurt any worse with the knockdown. Dogs will eat anything. Our dog (since passed on) used to eat our laundry. Clean or dirty, she loved the undergarments. Once we had a house/dog sitter for when we were going to be gone for 2 weeks, we came back and had to buy the housesitte some new undergarments. Silly dog. We always said she was part goat. |

I can picture the guys all making a mad dash to the cold cold north where there are hot hot girls. |

Too many standing sprints...I guess it keeps it exciting for the newbies or just people who do it for fitness...but whatevs...it was $3 as a part of a med wellness event and basically the only thing that has ever happened that I have been interested in as far as wellness events go. Now I am eating in prep for swim practice. Ya fruit bar and banana. |
