Still waited for 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled time... I think it's poor costomer service and since everyone expects it, they just do it and know they can get away with it. If everyone KNEW I was going to be late to every meeting and just put up with it, why be on time? That's crap. If you're the FIRST appointment of the day, there is absolutely NO excuse for them being late. Well unless they are walking into STAT labs which need immediate attention or call backs that are life and death (ie transplants and/or crits) |

My prefered company (A) had wrong data and once fixed bumped their already higher quote up by $600. They also belive that to replace my home is over $100K higher than Company (B). Company (B) and my current policy, is hittiing me with a 20% increase but still is is below (A) updated quote by $700. An insurance broker offered me a quote below (B) but after checking that company's customer service raiting they suck. So I have quotes with a range of cost covering $1000 and an estimate to replace cost with a $100K gap. FUN |
