navbtcret - 2013-02-24 11:23 AM Day 459 with 22.1 miles today. I managed 81 miles for the week and this was three weeks in a row of running 20+ miles on Sunday, maybe I'll dial it back a few miles next week.

Great job! You shoud be ready for a 100 mile run.

Thanks, I am planning on a 100 miler in August, just did a 50 miler 4 weeks ago.

Day 461, 8 miles a bit faster than marathon pace because I threw in 10 strides just for fun on the pace run.

#170 today.  It's been a miserable week.  I've been about as sick as I've been in awhile, and still managed to hit right at 35 miles.  One day I ran with a 101 fever.

Without a doubt the streak has gotten me off the couch and on the road or the treadmill when I otherwise would have bagged it.  As it is, it hasn't been fun, but it's been pretty easily doable.  I did have one day where I could only manage 2 miles in the snow....but otherwise I've been hitting 4-7 miles with a 5 mile per day avg. for the month.  Long run for the month was 11.

#28 - how quick we get here!  about 6.75km I think.  Beautiful run, loved every minute.  Weather much cooler a lovely 62 - quite chilly for us!  Still sweat up a storm though!

I love running.

Active recovery, 20 min easy.  Really needed it, but still stiff.  Hope tomorrow all the kinks are worked out.

#16, started watching the newest top gear episode (on treadmill) and just kept with it. 9.6km in 1 hr. Not fast but not bad for me considering I was just "putting in the time"  at about a zone 2 effort in vibrams.

Perhaps there is something to this running every day thing

Haven't posted lately, but still streaking.

Feb totals = 24h:01m:58s for 142.71 miles.

I cut several planned runs in Feb down to my minimum distance of 2 miles; but, managed to maintain my 5 miles/day average for the month.  (have to love the long runs).

Tonight is run #97.   Hard to fathom that I may actually hit 100 consecutive days, when I started this thinking that 30 sounded crazy.

Thanks to everyone who posts on this thread.  Y'all are all very inspirational.

Day 464 and my running mojo is back, out for 15.3 miles and 6 of it at faster than marathon pace. * miles of it would've been at that pace but it just got to slippery to try and run that fast so I had to slow my pace a little.

#19 - 25minutes. I have some tightness in the back of my thigh and my knee seems a little off. Im not sure if this has to do with spending almost 9 hours in the car yesterday.
