For those that would like to train by HR and dont have a monitor, I have an older model Polar Heart Rate Monitor, similar to the F6, with the strap that i'm not using any longer.  It is like new and works just fine....If some one is going to put it to good use send me a message and i will be happy to send it by mail at no charge.....=0)

Up for grabs is one (1) 2XU size XS calf sleeve.  Why one you ask?  Because the other fell out of my car.  I take no responsibility if you wear it in a race and start running in circles cause your one leg is going so much faster than the other.  It could be useful if you want to try compression without sinking $40 into it first.  First PM gets it.  CONUS only please, unless you want to help ship.

calf sleeve claimed!  My over/under was 47 seconds, but it tool almost 2 full minutes.  Seriously though...why do you want just one calf sleeve??? j/k

I've got a pair of custom aevero tri shorts that I didn't end up wearing.  If you are a tall/thin person, these will probably work great for you.  I am 6'3" and 190 lbs.  The waist is about a 34 and inseam of 35".  They come just above the knee and are black.  I've used them probably once or twice.  Leg opening at the bottom will fit about 19-20 circuference leg.

I'm swapping out my current tires.  There are about 1000 miles on them....plenty of life left...I already have extras taking up space.  They are conti grand prix 4000's black with gray rubber (600c).  I only ask for shipping...like $5 or so.

  I am just getting into this sport and its not cheap .... i hate asking but does anyone have a Trisuit they are not using a male LArge? and or Aerobars? or even a helmet    Please let me know i started a program like this for Fishing stuff, its deff a amazing thing to do...

I've got a used profile designs aero bar computer mount.  Length is 1-1/2", diameter 1".  Does not fit my timex global trainer or garmin fr305.  If you can use it, it's yours.
