On the menu is a run tonight but then not again until my 5K Saturday. There are 5,300 women registered for this event! Unfortunately, I have lost a bit of fitness from being sick. I am 57% complete for this month I am going to be run off my feet for the next few days. Its Sef's 30th birthday tomorrow and his party is on Saturday so I need to organise a lot of stuff for it (dinner tomorrow, cake, balloons, present). Also my new car has finally arrived and I need to organise time to pick that up too, get insurance, bank cheque etc. Plus I have the usual exercise commitments, work, shopping, cleaning etc etc etc!!! |
