I hadn't even thought about it - probably not, I'm sure it's sold out And if it's not the tickets are propably going for something like $750+ Put there really isn't a bad seat in that park. I just can't quite understand how much it costs to go to a game - no matter what the sport heh - who would have thought that the fall I moved to the East Coast, the Phillies would be in the World Series? Well during the normal season you can get tickets for $25 and up depending on where you want to sit. If you like baseball it is well worth the time to go at least once. So when does the season start and finish? (Well finish in October I guess) Baseball officially starts in April. Pre-Season is in the Feb timeframe, but I don't pay any attention to that. So if someone wanted to go to a game just because you could any time from Feb? |

I'm pretty illiterate when it comes to most computer things and I just posted a picture of my new bike in my logs! Yay! They screwed up and didn't have the finished thing ready today, so I'm going first thing tomorrow to get it. I cannot wait. I'll have a prettier picture then yaaaay Kristin! |

So if someone wanted to go to a game just because you could any time from Feb? If you are in the right areas. The pre-season games are in the warmer states like Flordia. It's much easier during the regular season which starts in April. Plus the pre-season games don't count towards the stats anyways, so it's a warmup period. |

Pro 4608 Brooklyn, NY | Subject: RE: The Mysterious Dark Arts - l'acte 2 I've never been a big baseball fan. I think it's too slow to watch on TV and I've only been able to go to two major league games - a Cardinals game in St. Louis and one Yankees game. I guess if I went to more games I might like it more. But maybe not. I'm not a big team sports person. |

I'm crossing my fingers for a speedy recovery, otherwise it's going to be a 26.2 mile not-so-fun-run and I've had enough of those already to last me the rest of my life. |

I'm miserable today I was going to hit the gym to spare my lungs the cold air, but I can barely breathe so no running or elliptical for me. I might be able to make my goal still assuming I get over this, but I can't risk making the marathon even worse that it is already going to be. It's no fun being sick. |

I know how you feel! you can always adjust your goal for illness, the challenge is about stretching and reaching, but not about stressing - the formula is to subtract the # of days you were not able to train due to illness or injury and then figure out the % of days you were healthy and could train - apply that % to your total goal |

My schedule only calls for 14 miles next week and I cannot do anything additional. I still might make it, I'm not giving up hope yet, but if this persists and I have to rest to make it to the start line somewhat healthy, I'll need to adjust for sure. I've had too many obstacles already to risk making the marathon even worse. This is such a bummer |
