We only used the toys for w/u and I shared a lane with a woman who was slightly faster than I. It pushed my to reach a new training PR and my arms were def tired by the end. Funny one lady referred to the triathletes as having slow endurance! True for me at least. Awesome!!!!!! Great job on all the advice to stick with it everyone. Training PR, ahhhhhh yeaaah! |

I'm a bit down the past few days. Not sure what is going on. I think it's partly hormonal, partly lack of sleep, part depression (how long can PPD really last?). I'm trying to find the motivation to do my 3 mile run this weekend, but all I want to do is curl up in bed for the whole weekend. {MELON PRESS} Miss Moose ... Biscuits and Moose send additional cuddles. Could be anything; what can you do for yourself today? Tea? A walk? Bad TV show? Don't worry about the three mile run right at this moment ... 3 miles is tomorrow. I'm trying to think of something to reward myself. The best I can come up with is a nap. Right now, I am having coffee and a croissant. The croissant does not fit in my diet plan, but I don't care. I'm not logging it and I'm pretending it doesn't exist. Some diet plan rules to live by. If it's not on a plate, you eat it standing up or you don't wirte it down, it never happened. Them's the rules. I hear your depression and raise you an anxiety on top! PPD for me never serious issue but felt out of sorts for a good year and a half. Actually once my daughter could talk I felt better - I could understand her! Beware menopause it's much the same |
