Going for 8 stages and 120 miles... at least I *think* that's what I said! I set my goal at 12 sessions and 1125 minutes - not sure how many miles that will be but I have a century ride in there somewhere along with three sprints (12, 11, and 12 miles)...

That seems like a pretty ambitious goal. It looks like you have a pretty busy race schedule too |

I don't have any bike or tri events scheduled for July (yet!), but need to up my mileage to be able to do an Oly... it's funny, I can barely run a 10k, but I was thinking of biking the first leg or two of the relay on the 4th (I'm leg #4) which would be 13 or 21 miles before doing my 10k-ish run so I can kick off TdF... can't figure out if that's a really bad idea or not. I'd still have an hour or two before running after I bike. |

I am off to get my last three miles. I don't know if it will be a run or not but I'll get it done! 3 miles is 3 miles running or walking or some combination thereof. I admire your commitment to the team, cold and all. Aw, thanks Neal. I got it done. Ran 2.5 and decided to walk the last half mile home cause I was feeling overheated and I was at the hill from hell. When I get overheated, I puke and pass out. Soooo, I decided to walk. I made it!!!  100% for me!And the poison ivy was bearable. Yea! We are still rocking the 100%s! I think walking rather than puking and/or passing out was a good idea. Uh yeah. I'd have to agree with that. Puking and passing out really are not on my list of "things I want to do."  |
