I enjoy cycling class, but it definitely kicks my butt! Monday we did 3 VO2 max intervals in the first half of class, then some climbing, and then really high cadence. I hope this all pays off once I start racing this year!! How are you doing? Feeling any better? Sounds like its a well planned class Im so-so health wise but thats ok... Mon/Tues were mostly decent days.. yesterday not so much but Im happy with that! It is! Sorry you're still having tummy problems. It's no fun. Thanks - Im doing a lot of work on diet at the moment... might not fix it but it cant hurt right? |

It should be better next week. |

My husband grabbed it for me before the pharmacy closed today, so I should be good. |

I'm on inhaled steroids (Advair) all the time as maintenance meds. It works well. I've had a few colds that required me to be on prednisone so that I can breathe. It's not fun, but it works. |
