Running isn't looking as good. I usually run every other day. I'm going to either have to step up all my runs or throw in a couple extra to make it. I'll get it one way or the other, it'll just take a little more work than usual.
We won't even talk about my third goal for the month, which is weight related and just isn't going to happen. I missed my strength training session today... I think I will do 105% running to make up for the days loss because time is running short and I set a high strength training expectation for myself. |
