Well, Honda called.  I was DREAMING of 500 bucks and HOPING it would be less than 1000.  1350.  Blechity Blech.  And it's not done till tomorrow...

I need to check the bus schedules to get home now.  Wife in out of town, and I really don't have a bunch friends I know well enough to drive accoss town to get me.  But the bus ride should be fun - never rode one in Vegas.  Took them all the time growing up and in cities I visit, especially San Fran.

I had some really fun bus adventures when I didn't drive in LA!

But that BLOWS about the 1350.

Aw Yuck!!! On the cost that is. Where are you in Vegas? My baby brother lives there on the ame road as that house from supergroup was on only a few more miles toward the strip.

Honda won't give you a ride? or an overnight loaner? That's awsome Customer Service.  How about they give you a ride to a casino then catch a cab from there to home? Or are you at the Gym?

Honestly, I am not trying to do it.  (ok I was paying a little attention to the last one) but I do feel guilty (a little) since Kate is feeling ill, Yanti is recovering, and I just met Salty so I am still cautious with her.  I know when I am out matched and all of you can top me any day mentally and physically, and yes either one will be equally fun.

NEVER SURRENDER!

They probably would, but like this morning, they have shuttle "runs".  Buy the time the shuttle left and got to my office, I could walk there, so I did.  40 minutes or so.

So I would have to arrange to get picked up or walk BACK to the dealership and then wait for their schedule.  I can jump on one bus and take one transfer and get home much faster...  Plus I like the adventure.  I'm SUPER self reliant and hate to bother anyone for just about anything.  I like to take care of myself, almost to a fault.

Well, I know it's hard work and discipline.   But man, I sure love my expensive gadgets...

BUT, I preach simple all the time.  Keep it simple.  Especially racing.  Eat off the course, leave everything behind except the esentials, simple HRM (no garmin), etc...

That reminds me, I came in during the last few moments of a big burkini controversy at the gym I used to go to...  I'm glad I wasn't around for it.

What would I know about the 910xt? I am a poor woman living in a poor country, who clearly doesn't know basic math. However, I refrain from being religiously offensive or incurring jellyfish bites.
