Someone FOOD me!  I am too lazy to cook my chicken and broccoli and peppers ...  I am sick of eating that all the time too.  Just sayin!

BUT ... it's doin' a body good so I shall suck it up and do so.

Someone go eat Taco Bell in my honor then tell me all about it .. even what happens the next day!

If I must.  I have been craving TB for about 3 days now.

Already beat ya to it Kido!  Taco Bell for lunch was good

Sigh.  I don't think anything can top the detailed description Mr. Ford provided to me.  It read like a story in the Penthouse forum ... I'm still blushing!  (heh)

LOL  that was the PG-13 version Darlin...

Why'd you hold back?  Now I wanna know more ...

You always leave em wanting more!

Oh no we are onto butt stuff.....this was one of the more memorable days in chat and TAN.  I laugh so hard that day I cried and had to close the office door.

Real Steel got me thinking.  I was checking out the lead actress and digging on her bod.  She was ripped and had that "boxer" phisique...

So sincere question.  If I were to add one, maybe two thing to my regular triathlon training to get more of that look, what would it be?  Rowing?  Kettlebell?  Pilates or yoga?

I bet I would need some kettlebells then?

Or take a kettlebell class?

How long and expensive?

Someone was trying to talk me into a crossfit school/class/organization but it was $100 a month.  No thanks.  That's 3 gym memberships.

I may throw in some trail running up some STEEP climbs we have here.

Basically, I'm trying to make s/b/r fun again.  Cuz the same pool, same bike routes, and same run routes, is getting BORING.

I'm seriously thinking of something like that!  I want to do something that's kind of extreme and hard core and fun.  Maybe get back to my boxing classes.

I thought I was in good shape before I did that the last time.  Not so much.

You do have to be careful.  But if you are doing it right .. and spend time on the very very basic movements with a lighter weight they are a great full body workout without having to isolate areas like with dumbells.   I was able to do kettlebells even with my back issues because I didn't really use my low back much ... but I've been doing classes 3x's per week for about a year.

I was doing body pump for a bit.  meh...  I wonder if my gym has classes included.  They have lots of different things.  At one time, even a "triathlon" class.  But I doubt it would do me much good.

I also think it would be fun to wiggle those giant ropes, hit a trackter tire with a sledge hammer, or flip it over and over for 100 yards or something.  Old school baby.
