"A beer?"

I'd say at least 6, one per month.  It's only fair.

Congrats an getting this far. I nkow you have to feel real good about the accomplishment. As for beer, it is an integral part of my training program, good for carb loading after a long run or race. Not to mention it goes well with everything I eat.

Congrats again and keep up the great work.

A question for the daily run crew - Do you follow a scheduled plan? either run or tri and just slot in extra runs on the "off" days. For the last 27 days I have only ran but want to get back onto a tri plan at day 30 but at the same time hoping to keep running daily.

Following a plan.  Supposed to be 6 days per week, 3 swim workouts, 4 rides, 5 runs.  My rest day, I will do a short 20 minute easy recovery run.  One other day has swim/bike, but I will tack on a short run and turn it into a brick.  Does not really add much volume, and I actually like the active recovery.

Feeling spring.

I follow a plan and if it calls for an off day I run whatever my body feels like that day. Usually 6 miles.

#2 - 30 easy minutes. Back problems have subsided, and both the dog and I appreciate the return to routine.

Decided to break my streak yesterday at 106 consecutive days.   I've been skipping too many bike and run workouts lately, in order to keep the run streak alive.  With less than 30 days until first Sprint of the season, it's past time to shift my priorities around a bit.

This was a very eye opening experience for me.  I never thought I'd be able to hang on as long as I did; heck, I thought 30 days sounded crazy when I first stumbled across this thread.  Once again, I've realized that I'm capable of more than I thought possible.  Thanks to everyone for  the motivation and inspiration along the way.  I never could have made it without y'all.

I see myself starting up again towards the end of tri season.

Day 475 and an early morning 6 miles at marathon pace. No time after work today to run so it is up at 3:30 out and at them. A different animal running that pace in the dark with a steady rain falling, at least is was not snow.
