Subject: RE: 30 runs in 30 days - who's with us?Decided to break my streak yesterday at 106 consecutive days. I've been skipping too many bike and run workouts lately, in order to keep the run streak alive. With less than 30 days until first Sprint of the season, it's past time to shift my priorities around a bit. This was a very eye opening experience for me. I never thought I'd be able to hang on as long as I did; heck, I thought 30 days sounded crazy when I first stumbled across this thread. Once again, I've realized that I'm capable of more than I thought possible. Thanks to everyone for the motivation and inspiration along the way. I never could have made it without y'all. I see myself starting up again towards the end of tri season. |
