Yup, I believe that "goat" is a good description... had one that had an affinity for drywall, including the wall outlet. He's the same one that ate the recliner and the futon... and lived to tell about it (not due to what he ingested, either...).   

And, in the other breath I say, "let me be the person my dog thinks I am". 

Ok, so I couldn't take a nap like I planned. I tell you today was awesome and a great experience. My kids were there and they thought dad was cool. We had a celebration lunch afterwards and the family hit the road or the airlines. Here's some pictures:

I have to wait till the results are posted on their website. My finishing time was 2:18:35 and the race was a 1/2 mile swim/14 bike/4.5 run.  

Yeah, having the kids there was very, very cool.

Speaking of booty.... did Beth ever decide on your reward?

Actually, your going to laugh at my motivation. There was nice pace booty there but there was this guy about ten years older then I was that motivated me. He didn't say anything but we had the same pace all the way through the run. He knew I was there and we stayed neck in neck till the last 1/2 mile where he then pulled away. He beat me by 4 seconds. Funny the things that motivate you. 

Oh beth, the race is over! Where is my reward? LMAO

The women of Twisnibbins (ummm, and the invited guests ) would like to collectively thank you immensely for posting yummy tri-pictures congratulate you on a fantastic race.  In all seriousness you looked great and were clearly having fun and fun's what it's all about.

it's scary, cause I have always been the neat freak organizer. This child has serious messy genes in her blood compliments of my maternal grandmother and my in laws.  Hopefully these kids will outgrow the mess.  BTW, her "cleaning" consisted of shoving it all under her bed and in the closet so she could go tyouth group.  My sister (the one whose room was described as ransacked) is still a slob--Idon't go to her house if I can help it and thankfully she lives a great distance from us so that doesn't come up too much

Well as an incredibly messy teen and not a great tidy person as an adult I will say... I dont think you grow out of it 100% neccessarily but the amount of mess you can tolerate goes down, especially when you are sharing your place with someone.

I find that I can be very naughty and things get out of hand but the mess gets to me much sooner now so there is hope!

considering the fact that you just found your fishnets in the bathtub, well, ummm, lets' just say that this doesn't come as a huge surprise ;-)
