I'm thinking I'll rest my legs tonight, I don't want to overdo it and have the injuries come back to haunt me. I have a lot of miles to put in during some really long runs this month.

I met up with my coach today to discuss some stuff.  I'm actually NOT supposed to be doing anything for about 3 to 4 weeks outside of core work and some high rep/low volume weights once a week.  BUT, he's okay with my running, AS LONG AS I STAY IN Z2!!
