I am way to perfectionistic and spend time trying to phrase things just so. She isn't the forgiving type.... And yes, there are positive things in it. Also, I'm trying to phrase the negatives in a way that are "constructive" rather than just.... negative. Ugh. Most of my department said they aren't turning it in.... sounds like a tough situation are the reviews anonymous? |
