mndymond - 2010-02-10 1:15 PM Hey dudes....my keyboard seems to have decided to work for the moment being oddly enough...

Right now I'm doing some studying...wooo...ya cardio!

Been bumping up the volume somewhat and my body doesnt really appreciate it...apparently I look "haggard"...def dont appreciate the use of that term....one of my friends says i need to back off...I'm not really going that hard...yet...

Sleeping alot is working as is my new "no going to lecture and just learn it on my own"...save me time=more sleep time

Don't know how the weight loss is coming...I think my body is weird and my tissue composition just changes...I mean I'm losing inches but the number isnt doing too much right now...odd...I guess evenutally it has to jsut "drop" off? lol

MELINDY.

when will you start going hard?

just curious.

im on the cusp of that myself.

turning a corner/coming outta that winter maintenance phase, which was good, and time to turn it up notch.

do you have timeline for you training (sorry if you mentioned it, and i forgot or wasnt around for the details of it)

wgraves7582 - 2010-02-10 1:52 PM I think I figured out my weight issue - I keep eating everything in the world!  I just finished my 1/2 turkey sandwich snack and they put left overs out and I scarf down another 1/2 sandwich with all sorts of good fattening stuff on it.  Plus they have reeces out and tootsie rolls.  Man oh man I have no chance of hitting 170 if this keeps up.

Going to have to kick it tonight on my bike ride.  Time for a hike/bike I guess!

experts say, BILL

there IS a correlation betwen the number of calories you consume AND gaining weight.

just so you know.

KICK IT UP A NOTCH MR GRAVES.

Bike Frame and then red headset and red hubs with blue spokes I am thinking.  My black rims will ruin it but that is alright.  Then I will look for a read crank set but doubt I will have any luck with that!

sounds like we BOTH have a preference for all things RED, mr graves.

i knew there was a reason why i liked you.

That just ties into the frame.  I am contemplating another frame based on a sponsorship offer but that is harder.  It is brown and mint green so I would probably go silver there!

a sponorship frame.  how SCHWEET.

brown and mint green.

im down with that.

silver would be a GREAT compliment.

1) take it to your LBS and have them pack it up and ship it, but it's expensive
2) take it with you and check it as baggage
3) you can buy cases to pack them in to take them as checked baggage
4) rent a bike where it's warm and sunny

Copy Cat

from the looks of it...

you can ship your bike via UPS.

you buy a case.

K9100 AIRCADDY

and then take it to a UPS to ship it.

the case is $100 bucks and the shipping is ????? depending on where you want it shipped.

as long as you have a business/residential address to ship it to.

hmmmmm.

gots me thinking.
