It has been an interesting time here.....
Tore my gastrocs sometime in July or August (was probably hanging on by a thread when I felt it go in August to be truthful)  I have been in a boot for a month.  Got rid of the boot yesterday in a neoprene compression sleeve.  My PT has been fantastic.  Totally worth the time and effort to get to these sessions.
In the meantime....Miss Thing (who gets injured regularly) managed to ket a knee to the back of her head and a minor concussion this week.

What's with all the bad juju, Zipp-Zipp??  We need to get you a little counter-measure medicine to help these things heal up faster.

I ended my ride at 10 mnutes though.  Started to feel a litle tightness medially and didn't want any setbacks.  Emailed my PT, figure I should wait a few days before trying again.

I am still not back at 100% from my medication experience earlier this month.  My brain is really foggy sometimes and I've been having headaches, body aches and fatigue.    It make school less enjoyable.
