Just a quick drive-by for me. Having a sensational weekend... weather's perfect, celebrated my wife's b-day with a lovely dinner out (no kids!) last night and managed to get in a walk/jog yesterday and a bike ride today. PLUS... the PHILLIES will close out the Reds tonight in the NL Division Series and the Eagles are playing tonight also. Does it get any better than this??? Well, it could get better with a BILLS win! But I know... I'm just dreaming... |

I'm still a little hurtin' from one too many beers last night (I had 3 total... cheap date, I know!). But I am sucking it up for the Team and heading out for a run anyway. I got my swimming in on sat but the bike ride here was cancelled due to a ridiculous amount of rain and high winds so I had a lazy day and hit the gym yesterday. Still hasn't stopped raining. I reckon we have had one day in the last 3 weeks that has been completely dry - sunshine state my a@@! |

Currently fine weather at the moment, however is due to start raining again for the next week if you believe the weather guys. Lucky I have the man cave set up with the treadmill and the windtrainer for the bike to keep punching out the goals |
