1.Ok, ok. So first, post your photo somewhere (like facebook of flickR or whatever the UK term is for a photo sharing site.)

2. Once it is posted, go to the photo and right click your mouse. There is an option to "copy URL" click that

3. Come back here and in your message hit the little tree icon. Past the "copied URL" into the spot that says "URL"

4. BAM! You are done!

Also, this is VERY helpful for rough swims or long races ... a ginger candy does wonders for nausea.

Train and race enough, and you will eventually hit a really good nausea patch, so FYI.

I was told for my first PTT test that if you didn't puke after you didnt go hard enough, I try to put that into races...

Ohhh yeah, Manatees...so I have like 10 different things on the backburner that hopefully I will be able to fill you in on down the road but I got this interesting opportunity to work with Powerbar repping their product at races and also getting some races paid for and whatnot.

My friends think it's silly that I want to stand around slingin' product at races but I think it will be a good opportunity to get to know race directors and more of the logistical side of racing. I am sort of a newbie in the running community so I feel I have a lot of ground to make up.

Well, plus, and let's be honest, I get free food 

I clearly need some measure of shame, embarrassment, or self-consciousness in my life.

Wish i was racing. Just completed a 10 mile bike. Must be doing it wrong cos I felt great afterwards.  No puke in sight. Perhaps i'll save it for the race.

Got to go and check if there's any little races near me now. Itching to get the first one under my belt.
