Guys - i also donate stuff here once in awhile and it's part of our responsibilities of growing the sport, but don't forget to support our site's sponsor shops too!

Also, since most people on this blog are newbies I want to drop a public announcement: if you are venturing out in the roads and trails as part of your training, you need to get yourself a RoadID. It has saved, not only my life but countless others; worth every penny. BTW: you'll get a discount with your BT membership. Much cheaper than any insurance.

I just learned of yet another cyclist being involved in a hit-and-run here in FL; and believe me, it happens everywhere. I don't have any commercial relation with RoadID. Just be safe!
