Oooh!  A Nibbs yacht sounds like a great idea!

Yeah, I had one during the November Challenge.

None of the Nibbs ever showed up for the Yacht party though.

Do you suppose it's because I didn't give them directions to get here?

I no longer care if someone spills a drink or slams their scooter into the side of it. I thought this might be a good way to "test the waters" to see if I could handle life in the carpool without a van, but at this point, it seems easier to just drive it til its dead.

Probably Scott. I think he'd rather work on his tan.

Then again, he also wouldn't jump in to save us if we needed saving.

Although, why would we need saving?

OK given that we won't need saving, Scott is back on shark watch. Hand him a drink with a little umbrella in it.

Looks like my hubby is gonna suck it up and trade the van anyway. Good. He can do that tomorrow morning cuz I will be out riding Doing an organized metric century with my boss. I will have to get a cue sheet in case he drops me since I don't know anyone else doing this ride

Well, at least you know the kids and bikes all fit in with no problem. And you don't have to worry about someone stealing it for a joy ride.

Hm, I should have just kept reading. You can just ignore my comments about the van now.

See most recent post. The Accord has a nice bike rack which I will make use of tomorrow. The Element will fit two bikes. Just not sure if it will be as simple as lifting the hatch and rolling them in like the van.

So have you escaped from werk this weekend?

Hubby is quite fond of them. I may rock the boat and choose a Toyota when the Accord's lease is up. Yucky yucky werk at home. At least you've found a way to get some BT time

I finished knitting the hat part of my hat.  Just have to do the ear flaps now.  I am heading to bed.  Not sure if I can sleep because I am really nervous about the race tomorrow.  I want to finish in under 3 hours and I feel like it's 50/50.  Pray for me...

Goodnight everyone!!
