So I'll be low again this week, but I promise you'll see those numbers increase if it kills me. I knew the Challenge would be an even bigger challenge with an injury, but I'm determined to make my goals.

hey kids (and adults if anyone is claiming today)-

I'm at 43% on the nose- after a hellishly long bike ride today. The ride itself wasn't too bad... but I went through 2 patches AND 2 tubes.

but yes, 4 flats...

#1 I think I must have pinched the tube when I "fixed" it this week
#2 the valve got sliced in the wheel when pumping.

I guess I need to take a look at my wheel and see why the valves are getting sliced by it. I'm not manhandling the delicate things, I'm a woman for goodness sakes.
