Have you read the book "Ella Minnow Pea"? It's about writing a sentence using all of the letters of the alphabet. |

I've started hitting th 5 hour energy. they are right - doesn't make you jittery. Does keep you awake for awhile too. and thanks for your comments on the run. I wish I could go faster. Seems like the endurance training has made me slow(er). |

Had to stop at the gas station this a.m. to get my son rootbeer for an ice cream party at school. He decides to stay in the car. As I'm waiting in line he comes in. Go back out to the car- Yep, it's locked. Keys in the ignition, purse with phone in the back seat. I borrow some guys cell phone to call On Star, and before I get it dialed up drives my husband, who just out of the blue happens to have my sprare keys. My Hero!!!! Oh yea, I went to yoga last night- it was great- 30 minute swim this morning - worked on pull and gave my legs a rest. Happy Friday  |
