Let's see I started in Alabama - hit Mississippi - Dropped into Tennessee - Saw Kentucky - Stopped by Illinois for 1 afternoon - back to Kentucky - Up to Indiana - Back to Kentucky And tomorrow we hit Ohio!!!!! After that PA and Home!!! 11 days total - 10 days of riding left. Going strong but last night I contemplated while sitting overlooking the Ohio River that yes if my wife were around I would just ride home with her. But that is not an option so I got on the bike again today and rode onward. 2 more long days (80+) and then everything is under 65 miles for the remainder of the trip which will be nice - we popped 55 out in 4 hours flat today but we had a pretty knarly storm on our butts pushing us along. I told Todd I hope you have it in you because I will see you at the hotel. We both made it Bill, it is amazing what you are doing right now. You will make it all the way. I've enjoyed keeping up with the blog. |
