(You should have heard them today on the phone). New LBS to be found. Starting with this repair - I would call them and tell them you will be by to pick it up thanks but no thanks! I advised them of that when they told me it would not be started until tomorrow. I will talk with the owner tomorrow. No mater, I am done with them but I figured since I have known them since they first started, they should know. Cool - Down with Liberty Bikes in Ashville (???) Yes! Liberty Bikes is in Asheville and they are now officially my former LBS! |

They are one of the sponsors but Blue Ridge adventures puts it on. If you are at a biking event in this area, they are probably one of the sponsors. They are widely known and were pioneers in biking and MTB here in the region. I think they have just gotten too big for their britches. The owners are really nice and really proactive which is why I gave them second shots. They will be concerned when I tell them my feedback. I'll let you know how they handle it. |
