Ugh.  I was stunned when it started snowing last Friday night.  Enough already!!

I just talked with the managing partner of the 2nd firm, and I *think* I'll be getting the second offer either today or tomorrow?  Yayyyy!

The guy who works for me has a wife in labor right now.  So you may have to share your birfday with someone else...

I guess it's either feast or famine.  I got one job offer that I actually accepted and the background check is currently going on, so I thought that was the end of it.  Then I got another offer from a previous interview that I said thanks, but no thanks... and THEN I got a message Monday night from the managing partner of the intellectual property firm that I was trying to get a job at from the beginning saying that his firm has an opening as of that day and was I interested?  Um.. HELLZ YES I'm interested!  So, I've now done the 2 rounds of interviews for that job and just waiting to hear whether they are going to give me an offer or not. 

WHEW.

I'm entirely fluffy and out of shape, (thankfully no slight (you forgot the sarc font!) injury) but going to do my best to change it...  we'll see how that goes.

Wow, even Kate is beating me into TAN anymore.  WORK (sucks) is killing me.  I have a fundraiser Saturday that I am doing music and donating some art, then the next two weekends I was just accepted into a farmer's market to show some of my art stuff.  I don't have enough art done, because I sold more than I though I would at a fund raiser the weekend before.  And now I am doing long hours at work because people leave with ZERO notice.  Not a week or two weeks, but on Friday they say bye.

Thanks Gorgeous!!  If the one with the intellectual property firm comes through, I'm definitely taking that one!  I'll feel like a huge schmuck telling the other people that I have to rescind my acceptance, but I'm pretty sure I'll get over that.
