they've gotten pretty good about not keeping you hostage now that there are some steep fines. That's the storm that's delaying us. Somewhere over VA. Summer is worse for weather delays up here than winter Hope it's not too hot for you run later.

WOW 83! We are still in the high nineties. I am sooooo far behind on the 1/2 training. My longest run so far is 6.6 miles and the race is in a month. The boot is being applied to the behind.

Morning all. Still headachy, achy and photophobicy...looks like I'm wearing the sunglasses around everywhere today...I'm wearing them right now...Cool<---minus the happy face....

Pressure in my sinuses....but I'm not "sick" otherwise...don't understand....

The next couple of days are only to be in the 80's. I think there is to be some humidity, but 80's is runnable. I'm like 11 weeks from the marathon and my longest run is 13 miles. I need to get my head in the game.
