9/10 in the books! 1 more stage to go, and we're still in yellow!

Quick ride out to my folks place in the Valley tonight. Still counts......it was more than 15 minutes!

Yikes - so broken by the mountain stages they didn't even finish in time to post their results.  Last time I checked your tour is over if you don't make the cut off time?  Seems rather analogous to failing to post one's results, methinks.

Here it is! 10/10 ........... Goal met, althougth not nearly as many stages as some of my fellow compadres'. Keep it rollin Team!

Bike ride it was! Probably one of my best hill climbs ever! Absolutely smoked the Gov. Way to Trails Rd. hill! Never dropped under 12.1 mph, keeping it consistently between 13 & 16 mph for the nearly 3 mile climb. I be ver' much happy w/ this one!!

I'd like to refer you to the old story of two bulls on a hill top overlooking a herd of heffers- a young, youthful, energetic one and an older more mature bull - know the story?...

Young bull says "lets run down there and screw one of those heffers"....to which the older bull replies..."let's walk and screw them all!"

well, we'll take our time getting there thank you!!

Well Team, I indeed have completed my Tour.  I rode my last stage this morning while I watched the Tour.

21/21    1:05:08// 15.53mi//Avg Mph: 14.3

I want to thank all the team for your inspires and support! There were a few days that I just didn't want to climb on the bike but I didn't want to let yall down. And I am glad that I did this. My biking is stronger....not very much faster but this too will come. And I have new defination in my legs that I guess only riding almost everyday can get you. I am going to keep riding lots and take what I have learned from this challenge to my other workouts and see what happens. (yes that incluldes my nemisis , the swim   )  I'll figure out all my hours and miles for the other thread later tonight.  Have a great week Team!!

congrats on a great tour SD!  Despite the competition and smack talk, the team comraderie and "don't let my team down" spirit of the challenge got me out a few times too.  Glad Barlo didn't have all of it.

Congrats to everyone on the Challenge: I had a blast....well most of the time.

I have my totals for the Challenge: Hours: 31:19.20  and Miles: 469.6

I'm happy with that and will use it as a bench mark for the rest of my training season.

Have a great week guy and ladies.
