Hunting Triathlete - 2011-07-17 9:12 PM

Man I come back from playing and yall hammered it this weekend.  I got in a 15 Minute Trainer ride Friday morning, 48 Minute Road Ride Laughing tonight, following by a 42 Minute trainer ride.  So that is 1:45 and three more stages for me.  I also added in a 30 minute run and around two hours of kayaking this weekend, which was fun and a decent upper body workout.  I couldn't bring myself to log swim at the beach and fishing because that is just plan fun.

Everyone Keep It Up, Go Team Garmin.

Great job!  That epitomized what I was going to put in that empty post above.  Was going to update the team rankings and caviate it with several people out playing this weekend who may post late....

Going into the Tour rest day the tour is nearly 72% complete.  We only have one person below that and how dedicated are they - they spent an hour on "Mom's" Bike  amazing what taking a couple of days away does to your ranking within this team!!

We are really kicking butt! I'm about to head out for an easy ride, at least 20 miles, maybe more we'll see how the legs feel.

Would've done more but I got poured on, but I got 22 miles done for my 10th (and last stage). I'll have to bump my goal stages up to 12 or 13 but for now its nice being in 2nd place on the spreadsheet!

12 miles added today.

I completed my goals!

Don't worry I'll keep it going. Let me know if we need some specific miles and I'll do what I can.

Great job on completing a little early.  I plan to get my last stage finished on Wednesday.  Stage 9 is a little warm up for the crit and stage 10 is the crit race.  Should be a lot of fun.

Anyone know where we stand in the overall standings?

Congrats on being the first to finish your goal! I don't think you can pick up slack for other teamates in this particular challenge but I could be wrong.

My Ride of stage #18 for me is in the log! I am over my time but that is a good thing. I was not sure about the time when I started after such a long layoff but I am increasing to 1 hr rides if not longer for the rest of LeTour. Keep up all the great work guys as is the Garmin Team over in France. Off to work the pups then KettleWorxs.

Biggest ride of the tour for me tomorrow. Should come out to over 70 miles with some major climbs. After that it'll be easy sailing to the Champs!

Stage #19 done !!! I am feeling pretty good. I did it on the trainer and prob. the rest of my rides this week will be on the trainer. We are having killer heat indexes and I don't really think riding out there is a great idea. So it is trainer and the Tour for me.
Everyone have a great day and a safe ride...specially if you are outside.
