Thanks Jen - that is so cool. I added it to my log since it whooped up on the simple one I created. Great job. Hope you are feeling better.
For me it was a rest day - I went and got new running shoes - going to try saucony this time since the Mizuno ones they didn't have in my size which stinks but these seem good. Back to running tomorrow. This is a chatty team - I will hopefully be able to keep up. I checked email - I had 37 emails. 35 were updates for this thread. Stacie |

Veteran 129 | Subject: RE: February Challenge Run Team 2 Ok I'am back. Well almost, being sick for way to long. My name is frank (aka kendra's husband) I am NOT a runner but am trying to run from a walk. Goals are to run a few 5 and 10k races and swim for over 400 yards. I completed my first/next tri here in georgia last year. (had to float walk the swim part, boy it was cold) Also I have walked a hand full of 5ks. I was never a long distance runner ever. in the last 10 years I have had 4 knee surgury's and the ortho has reccommended a full knee replacement for one of my knees. I have a 5k in 2 weeks and am going to try to run the whole way. |
