Nope its maxed out at 100% I was a bit conservative because of the injuries and the upcoming conference for work (I wrote myself off pretty good at the last one and took a few days to recover) As for avoiding the sunshine.... ummm there is no sun after 7pm so its not like Im missing out on riding in the sunshine.... I guess I need lights on my bike... |

Peep army rocks!! I better git to bed so I can ride the trainer tomorrow -- woo hoo .... durn snow and ice. Sounds like some of us might be needing to increase our goals before the end of the month (yes I am aware that I should be talking to myself when I say this!!!) I think I may end up increasing too. I'd rather be conservative at the start and increase if necessary than have to overtrain to make my goal. |

Champion 5345 Carlsbad, California | Subject: RE: The Peep Army I know this is a bike challenge team, but since everyone thought it was silly for me to be on the trainer yesterday logging a few miles, I thought I would share my run workout this morning: Hit the beach at about 6:00 as the sun was coming up and did 10 miles @ General Aerobic Pace. I have been having issues with pacing the last month or so that seemed to have sorted themselves out so today I ran naked The sunrise was gorgeous and it was in the upper 60's and clear when I finished up and headed home. Did not see any dolphin but I heard a few around the Warmwater Jetty. The Surf is still looking pretty fun today as we continue to get some of that energy from the Southern Hemisphere mixed in with some good ground swell. I did not mean to torture you folks who are buried under a blanket of weather. I really think you folks who get it done in crappy weather (Inside Our Out) are the greatest. I just did not want anyone to think I was taking what we have here for granted Rest assured, I will be outside in the late day sunshine on my bike tonight. |

(For Surf Reports) Nice…...real nice ! It would help my jealousy…………………..but NOT in the right direction !!
