Since the last picture I posted of my bike was not a good one, I took a good picture this morning of team tripreacher.

That's the cleanest garage I've ever seen!!!!  You are a sick man!!!!

OMG - I couldn't agree more

I am really missing my bike this week. The little 15-miler yesterday was too short and I don't think I'll be doing much until my oly Sunday. I'm going to ride for 20-30 minutes Saturday before I drop my bike in transition, but likely won't bother counting that toward my goal. I'm going to have to make up for it in Week 3, but balance it with my final prep for the NYC Half Marathon on the 27th. July is a busy month! Hope everyone is having a good week.

Good luck in your Oly.  You will do great and you can make up the miles next week.  If you are going to warm-up for 20-30 minutes you might as well count that as a stage.

I am doing stage 8 tommorrow a commute to work, and then stage 9 Friday a 60 miler!

Good luck with your race on Sunday. I am racing in an oly too. If it were me, I would count the 20 minutes warmup as part of total time, but not a stage if you do not want to.

I logged stages 7 and 8 today. Planned on getting stage 7 in the books with a 75 minute ride. Bailed at 30 minutes due to early morning tummy issues. Was able to sqeeze in a second ride, netting the total time of the orriginal workout of 75 minutes, thus I got 2 stages and 105 out of the way today!

Thank you guys for helping me stay honest with my workouts. I needed this.

Finally  back to the computer. It looks like everyone has had an amazing week riding! Way to go team!

Stage 5 -30 miles logged. 107 miles to go. I actually rode 40 miles tonight to make up for not completing 10 miles at the race on Sunday.

I thought they were supposed to be posted, but haven't seen anything. I'd love to know where we stand as well! It seems like we had a very strong Week 1.

Well I got another stage down, not as far as I wanted to go but I ran and swam today too.  I may try to do my little 20 mile loop tomorrow, once with my wife in the AM and once by myself in the PM, we'll see how it goes.  I'm just happy to be back out there riding.  PA school definitely didn't agree with me physically.  Even though I lost about 6 lbs last week I've still got about 15 to get off, ugh!

Great work team! We're over 50% of the way and that's even with a lot of us dealing with taper weeks. I think a couple other teams fancy themselves more attractive than us - I thought we claimed the best looking team?!?! They posted regular shots, ab shots, leg shots, you name it. But they're just showing off and they're quite a few % behind us

Hope everyone has a great Friday. Mandatory rest for me, but I'll get a tiny little warm-up ride in tomorrow before I drop my bike in transition for Sunday. Enjoy!

Great job team!
We are doing fantastic!

I now have a bike in Ohio and a bike in NY for I still have 2 weeks of this crazy move left before I am all settled in one place. The husband and I are moving ourselves. Three trips. Two with truckloads of boxes and furniture and one just to get the motorcycle there. It is a new form of triathlon...long hours of packing and loading followed by long hours of driving followed by long hours of unloading.

GOOD LUCK to everyone racing this weekend...although you probably don't need it.

There should be a beer garden at every race. Have fun and good luck to your husband!

Good Luck to everyone that is racing today!

Stage 7 -60 miles had to be delayed until Sunday. Woke up and it was raining this morning. So I switched Sat/Sun workouts and ran intstead. Now of course it has dried up and is sunny!

wow, sounds just like Portland!  Plan something (a bbq), it rains, cancel plans, it dries up and is nice and sunny.

Got in what I think was stage 10 and brings me to needing about 2 hours of riding left  I think. I would know better, but for some reason I am being blocked from the spreedsheet. I added one stage and 1 hour 25 minutes today!! I have an oly race tommorow which should bring me to needing about 1/2 an hour left. If all goes well I will do that on Monday as my "recovery" ride. Some how I have managed to squeeze in extra time on most of my rides and I am well ahead of goal. Now all I have to do is find time to swim

Keep up the good work all, and good luck to all those racing/jockstrapping this weekend.

I'm going to try to update the spreadsheet tomorrow afternoon, but I noticed earlier today that it isn't adding our Week 2 percentages/totals up. If we can't figure it out, we can ask Kat for help!
