MotoQueen 13195 | Subject: RE: Nibbs XXVI Morning Nibbs. Went to a new orthodic guy and I'm feeling really positive about it. Just looking at the way I stood, he mentioned something with my toes. And yes, when I workout my left toes go all tingly and hurt them numb. I didn't even tell him, and he figured it out just looking at me standing. YES! I get my new orthodics on Nov 3rd. Thinking positive thoughts. He has also recommented a physical therapist who will work with my whole lower half of the body to get it all in working order. Now If I Could Just Get A New Body! |

I need to get in for an evaluation-I have major foot issues. My mom has gone to a sport therapist that she has been really happy with. They don't push orthodontics, instead they give you a lot of exercises and all that jazz. |

I've been the exercise route, but I have really high arches and this is a very common problem for people with high arches (in addition to not being comfortable in shoes that go across the top of the foot). But I would not want anyone to push orthodontics on me for my feet. Don't see how fixing the teeth will help. LOL |

When my son did the evaulation for ADD, we found out that I too have ADD. LOL, I've managed to get through life just fine without any medication. I think we all have ADD to a point. That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it. |

Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: Nibbs XXVI Is it raining everywhere? It's been raining here all day today. I ran this morning. It was cold. Glad I only had three miles. Now I'm sitting on the couch in scrub pants and a tshirt with my warm neck pillow on. Very comfy. Why don't I wear scrubs to work? I could totally get away with it and they are so comfortable. |

I am currently on medication and it is manageable. Even though I am quite brilliant ()I barely made it through HS. I also made 4 failed attempts at college. Now that I am on meds I have been successful at school...The lowest grade I received was a 3.7-and that is because I convinced the instructor to not grade my midterm on his ridiculous curve/skewed grading system-I was going to get 100% on the test, even though I scored 88% I know, I am an odd gal. How many people insist on having their grade lowered? Edited by mchally 2008-10-17 4:40 PM |
