Kromanowski, way to go! There are some great rewards for dedicated training....January is the time to start laying down a good base. You cannot build up and get in race shape in May for a May race. You'll get hurt, frustrated and quit the sport. Try to get in the habbit of doing something - everyday. Yes, every day! If nothing else, streach out and post it on your blog. Health is a habit. Life is too short and sweet to not have wellness as a cornerstone.
