Nope - the road bike goes away when I get back and it will be mountain bike all the time for the rest of the year unless I do a road race here or there. We have better mountain biking than you do! Bet it is really good at Nekkid's area too! AND, MT bikes can have road tires. He better practice, he'll be in my area in October. I was up that way a couple of times over the weekend Bill. Mine can be irritating but I am still sitting here in my PJs and it is 2:30 in the afternoon. Can't complain about that! I am not doing what I was hired to do, which is frustrating. I don't like pushing papers and going to meetings. I liked having my hands on things doing technical stuff. Plus the people here are just miserable and not friendly in any way shape or form! Sounds like my company  I am the only happy one around but I am leaving for 30 days - LOL Nobody talks to anybody around here. My last couple of jobs there was always the football pool in the fall, the march maddness pool in the spring, pot-lucks for different things. People would talk to each other and be friendly. Nobody does that here. It's just strange. Maybe it's from being too close to Three Mile Island for so long. |

I just got a call from a friend who invited me to dinner. Yea. That means I need to take the late lunch and get my run in now. I'll slap some sheets on some beds before going up to her house and I'll pack tomorrow (says Scarlette). I always work better under pressure anyway! Um... it's 2:42 and you haven't had lunch yet? If you eat a late lunch will you want dinner? I'll skip the lunch and run instead. I can live off the fat of the land, if you know what I mean. Unfortunately I do know what you mean, and I can do it, too! |

I may possibly have another job here, with a different company, but I will still be here. As long as I'm here I'll be looking for a way out. |
