Slacker here! Real name Norine.

I just put my goals in the spreadsheet last night.  We just moved, so I'm a little behind.  Though, I argue that moving furniture all day Saturday counts as a strength workout.  Because 2 days later, I'm sore as all get out.

I got a run in this morning.  Plan to hit the gym tonight.

I'll catch up with you alls after work!

Moving. Bleh. I agree, we should be able to log it. Maybe it can count as "Home Improvement."

Either that, or Pole Dancing.

Proof that BT was written by men --> Pole Dancing counts as a loggable activity, but House Cleaning does not.....

Hi guys!  I'm back from New York and back at work Undecided  I got my long run in while I was away, but not much of anything else (besides a lot of walking, taking a dance class, and seeing some fireworks).  Just in time to start tapering for my HIM!  But I set my goals with my trip & my taper in mind, so I should be able to get caught up fairly easily!

Well, OK. So it's rated PG or something. But even so, I'd have a tough time explaining the sound track.

Yes, but seeing as how I didn't know you were gonna post a YouTube video with sound today, I didn't have any!

I do like that purple color, actually. Maybe I need to go buy a pair of those....

pdbman - 2010-07-02 5:40 PM To me the post padding serves multiple purposes.  There's the socializing and getting to know fellow BTer's. There are little bits of wisdom and other things that are occasionally shared. But most of all, there is the support and comraderie that gives motivation and helps to keep me going. Normally the challenges are team events and the post padding builds friendships. Then I don't want to let my team down and that gives me the little extra kick in the behind that I need to get me out the door some days.

Plus it also helps me stay awake when things get slow at work.

*sigh* I can't get to BT from work. the computer feels the need to YELL AT ME CAUTION CAUTION SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE.

and i have no wisdom to impart.

Plenty of fitness clubs now offer pole dancing as a workout. It may be different, but it's working for some people. You can Google search for it, but probably not something to try from a work computer.
