Easy goals to try and get consistent. I will swim 20x this month and I will run 15 times this month. (Notice I did not put yards or mile goals.) Just looking to get active again and later I will increase the distances. After this month I may actually think about bike goals. My bike sits on my computrainer just waiting for some attention but gets absolutely none.

I think that's the best way to get back in the game without setting yourself up for failure, hurting yourself or discouraging yourself. Just hit the pavement or hop in the pool and do something, anything. Smart goals! I know this is the 8th and the deadline was yesterday. Am I allowed to change my run goal to a swim goal? As punishment I could make it a really high goal like 14,000 yards (my previous high is 10k)! No worries if that is not allowed. Just thought I would ask. |
