Sorry I'm a bit late to the game - it took me awhile to read through this thread =)

Let's see.  My name is Caitlin, I'm a college student but I'm home from school on winter break until February, and I work odd hours at a bike shop outside of D.C.  I've only ever done 2 sprint tris, but I really only race as an excuse to train.  Running is my weakness, but I'm only one step away from registering for a March half marathon, so I'm going to need a few miles under my belt.  My big goals this year are all about increasing distance: a half marathon, an olympic tri, and a century.

My goal for the month is 40 miles.  3.5 down!

Beth...I tried a few times to update the spreadsheet. I will send you information at the end of each week (fri or sat) for the week. Sorry to add more to your plate. I hate that you have to do this for me....but I am doing the running...at least I am not asking you to do that too....at least not this week!!! ) Thanks Beth

and trust me, you probably want to stick to running for yourself, I kind of look like this when I run
