Yeah I think I will make things easy on you Beth and just update at the end of each week.

Got my bike in today and now I'm headed to the pool. Talk to you all later.

Sorry I'm a bit late to the game - it took me awhile to read through this thread =)

Let's see.  My name is Caitlin, I'm a college student but I'm home from school on winter break until February, and I work odd hours at a bike shop outside of D.C.  I've only ever done 2 sprint tris, but I really only race as an excuse to train.  Running is my weakness, but I'm only one step away from registering for a March half marathon, so I'm going to need a few miles under my belt.  My big goals this year are all about increasing distance: a half marathon, an olympic tri, and a century.

My goal for the month is 40 miles.  3.5 down!

Happy new year!

Hey I'll be gone gone for a couple of days. I just got a call, I hop on chopper at 8 am and fly out to San Clemente Island. I'll still get my run in tomorrow night though, I promise. Either way had a great swim tonight and completed the bike earlier. Talk to you later.
