Got a 2 mile walk in today.  Then I went to play games with kindergarden kids.  They are crack pots let me tell you.  Too funny.  One girl comes up to me and says, "I have to have a sticker chart cause I've been bad lately."  What a hoot!  I could never teach that age, I'd laugh all day.  Of course when asked what did you learn today (every kid answers) my darling son says, "nothing."  (same kid with the sweater vest and glasses.)  I love him.  He is a riot!  His teacher tells me that she thinks she's been boring him in class.  Nice.

Too funny about the kindergarteners.  My friend went to read to her daughter's first grade class the other day and they asked her for her autograph afterwards.  Apparently, she's a really good reader!

I must say I love speed racer... Not the new movie but the old cartoons

I just got Speed Racer Volume 3 with episodes 24-36 of the original speed racer cartoons. I love them, as bad as they are...

they get better after 6 beers

I would open #7 but I am out!!

I wish I knew if speed finds out if Racer X is his brother Rex in the original cartoon series. Does anyone know? Did anyone watch speed growing up? I got to see it on re-runs my father watched it growing up.

BTW I think I got my sponsor to pay for an orca tri suit and a profile design carbon fast forward seat post.

My middle guy was up a lot last night coughing.  I hope I don't have to take him to the doctor AGAIN!  I keep hoping he will outgrow his asthma but no luck so far.

The nice thing is, its the same sponsor! we were talking about gear and he said is your bike the way that you need it for you to be competitive and I said pretty much I just would like a profile design carbon fast forward seat post. He asked why and I explained tri bike geometry vs. road bike geometry and he said okay and we were looking at tri suits together so that we could find one to put the logo on and he told me to just put it on the list along with the bike seat post.

The list refers to the list of races I want to race next year and their cost, along with the cost of my usat membership!

I hope he is okay and his asthma calms down.

We'll see. sometimes this thread goes really slowly and other times we can get this thing going 3 or 4 pages in a day.
