Mike posted some pics of the 'goods'. there were some broken ribs...pictures of the VS ensemble involved in the incident were posted. and of course there was Yanti's horned melon that started it all. |

It was just nutty. But I got in a reduced volume swim this morning per my coach's adjusted schedule so another peach even though I'm sick! I'm off to sleep. I need to rest up for tomorrow's brick, 50 mile ride, 4 mile run. All on the trainer. Yikes! You run 4 miles on the trainer? You take the bike off, but how do you stay on the little roller? |

I was pleasantly surprised by the behavior of the 120+ 7th graders! They usually do quite well, actually. I chaperoned a number of 2nd or 3rd graders a couple of times, and they don't do too bad. |
