Hey Nibbs... Boy am I getting here late today. Must mean I'm actually working at work, now there's a concept. Planning on breaking for my run in a little, will likely be last run of Nov and should get me to my intsy,tensy goal of 24 miles. Still probably the most I've ran in one month in at least 10 yrs. Yeah! Thanks Pam Still trying to decide if I should set my Dec goal for a measely 6,000 yds (which I think I could do) or just go for a time set number of days at "x" amt of minutes (like 45min/day,3day/wk = 9 hr in pool) I can't believe the number of people reporting their pools wil be closed. We're only closed Christmas day and have modified schedules the other three days of holiday. What about your pool? We are closed Christmas day with modified hours on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. No excuses for me! |

Tried to get a snack into them and they kept bickering until the 6 year old threw a letter opener at the 9 year old. It's one of those days. |

It's one of those days. So this is what I have to look forawrd to as they get older? THough some of it is beginning. My morning... 4 yr old woke up at 5/5:15 and again 6/6:15 throwing up. Hubby and I both had am appts with work. Luckily he re-scheduled and stayed home. Or is that unlucky, dang I'm the one at work. |

Then the canal I ran along part way is draining and the fish are dying... kind of stunk at first, then I just imagined myself running back in La, and everything seemed normal |
