What's for dinner?

Just junk tonight. Hot dogs, chips, apples, and grapes. I was thinking something a little more fun, but I checked my bank-of-motivation balance after the drive home and found out that I had just run out of give-a-crap. I'll make up for it tomorrow!

I know THAT one!! I was going to fix tilapia tonight, but I was too tired. So I drove thru Burger King

I could have at LEAST gone to Subway, but then I would have had to park and go in. Lame, huh?

Oh well, tomorrow is another day .... or do I mean dinner. LOL

Amen to that! Actually, tilapia sounds pretty good for tomorrow. Thanks for the idea!

Here you go Stacie. Here I am racing in Kona, with what some might call a beard (or at least what I was able to grow while I was out to sea last summer before I had to shave). Think I'll be popular at the Halloween parties???

kcarroll - 2009-10-29 7:35 AM It's called Malibu. It smells good, but doesn't get all the chlorine smell out. Anyone have a brand they recommend?

triswim. It's awesome. Or ultaswim, but I'm not sure that one's around anywhere anymore. I used the ultraswim alot when I was a youngun' on the age group swim team.

I have a 7 year old boy...he's a wild thing, too. His teacher even said so inthe note she sent home today....

Go to "settings" at top of page. Then "Training Log Settings". Next "Equipment Tracker". Then "Add Equipment"
