I love my 305.  I would send it back to Garmin.  I've always had a fantastic experience with their customer service.

There's a swim club that swims in Lake Quassy on Tue - Thur - Sat.  I'm thinking of joining (at least for the Saturday swims).  I don;t think there's too much utility to pre-swimming a super clear lake with tons of things to site, but it may make some people more comfortable.  Plus its a gorgeous lake to swim in.

I had a lot of problems with my 305 (spontaneously turning off). I have had the 910 for a couple months and LOVE it! No problems wihatsoever!

Morning, all!

I was up early for a trainer ride, and then I have a recovery run later.  I'm leaving for my parents' house this afternoon, so I won't be around for the next few days.  Lots and lots of riding on flat terrain this weekend.  I'm very excited!  It's supposed to be 90-97 degrees the entire weekend, so I will be paying particular attention to hydration for the next few days.  Lots of sun and pool time!  I'm looking forward to hanging with my 3 sisters, all of whom are some of my best friends in the world.

So I signed up to volunteer at the Rev 3 Half at Quassy.

It was interesting that for several of the volunteer positions they pay people ($9 / hour).  This is not just making a donation to a group but actually paying individuals.  I'm not sure what I think about this.

I know some of you saw the first version yeaterday but here's the revised hedgehog kit.

What positions?  Curious to see if they pay the positions where you need to know what you're doing or vice versa.  Signing up for crap positions as an enticement.

Bike and run course marshalls.  Positions where you only have one person and you really need that person to show up and stay the entire time.

we are smoked out here in town for the next 3-4 days due to the fires in the area, so health advisories are saying no outside activity if you can avoid it  

Just like last summer, only earlier. Today's smoke seems bad, bothering my throat a lot worse than I recall last year.
