Had to teach a training course all day, home to check e-mail (and BT!) and then take the DH to a fancy shcmancy resteraunt for his Birthday. I'll check in tomorrow. It is my day off and I have an emergency pedicure to attend to in the morning then yard work in the afternoon. Be good Ghoulies! |

Actually, I think the issue is I have a relatively high pain threshold and don't yell "stop" soon enough. Mmmmmm... wishing I'd had Thai for lunch. Maybe pick up some take out post bruising session. |

I had to run an errand on the way home and I stopped at DQ and got a blizzard as a treat as my own little celebration for something. They have a new small size that was just right! PB Cup blizzard hit the spot!!! I got my nap in, now it's time to find something for dinner. The rest of the clan is down the road at the in-laws sawing wood so we can be warm next winter. I do so enjoy me a quiet house. |

Plan on running in the morning to get it in and then taking the bike to the local park for some mountain biking and then work. Really don't want to go to work but I guess I have to - oh well!! Decided that tomorrow night would be perfect for some veggie Pad Thai and white wine. So tonight's dinner was Hot Mamma's. What is a Hot Mamma, you ask? Well, it is a cracker (low fat triscuit) topped with cheddar cheese and a dab of salsa. Nuke it for 30 seconds and voila, dinner. One of my work friends 14 year old son came up with the name. |

Thank heavens for the snowstorm--it kept the clinic quiet and I was able to get home at a very reasonable hour. My TV/cable is being very weird. It is giving me all of the background noise from the shows, but not the main sounds. Think Jay Leno's audience, but you can't hear Jay speak. At all. It's actually kinda annoying. And it's almost every channel. At least every channel I want to watch. Should I take it as a sign and go to bed? |
