It felt SOOO good to get back on the bike this morning...29 miles...hour and a half... Working from home today, so try not to distract me too much... Picture day, ladies! We don't want Sal working too hard. where's Dee - we need her to find some good pics I mostly post pics of Michael Phelps and Lance, I think that might distract the ladies of the crowd more than they would distract Sal - LOL I'm here! I had a piece of apple pie AND a chocolate/PB brownie... the University I work for has the BEST dining hall, including a whole dessert station. It's a wonder I stopped at 2 desserts.  |
