I haven't been out so late for AAAAGES. Considering I normally get up at 5am to exercise, thats pretty remarkable! Needless to say, I don't think I can manage any exercise today! Tomorrow I am back on the program. The nutrition has been REALLY bad this week, I feel like a bloated, beached whale! |
